Fifth Third Bank is seeking a Personal Banker 2 to be the primary point of contact for customers at our Westfield, Indiana branch. You will guide clients on banking products, assist with deposits and withdrawals, and open new accounts while ensuring accurate processing and friendly service.

Strong customer service, clear communication, and knowledge of digital banking tools are essential. This on-site role emphasizes teamwork and adherence to bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualificações

• Experience with day-to-day banking transactions (deposits, withdrawals)
• Ability to open new accounts (checking, savings) and explain features clearly
• Foundational finance knowledge for retail banking products
• Strong customer service with active listening and professionalism
• Excellent communication with diverse customers and colleagues
• Attention to detail and adherence to compliance and security standards
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn banking systems and digital tools
• Preferred background in banking or high-volume customer-facing environments
• On-site availability during branch hours and teamwork focus
