Qualifications

• College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop comfort level with sales activities designed to acquire new consumer household and small business customers and/or cross-sell to established customers.
• Must understand advanced math functions for credit and financial information.
• This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration at employment via NMLS.

Responsibilities

• Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build a thorough customer profile and identify needs.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Retail products/services and recommend solutions using our value proposition.
• Utilize CAMP and other Marketing tools to reach out to customers and set appointments for reviews.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities as directed.
• Refer customers to Business Partners for holistic financial solutions.
