Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of retail banking sales experience or related field.
• Ability to obtain NMLS registration within 90 days.
• Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills.
• Attention to detail and compliance with banking procedures.
• Willingness to work branch hours, including weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Asking personalized questions to understand financial goals and offer solutions.
• Managing a loan pipeline with cross-selling of home equity loans, lines of credit, personal loans, auto loans, and mortgage referrals.
• Creating sales opportunities through networking, conversations, and proactive sourcing.
• Learning banking processes, handling cash and documentation to industry standards.
• Pursuing daily KPIs while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
