Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years of Personal Banker experience or relevant retail banking experience.
• Experience in lending, sales, customer service and/or cash handling.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to balance cash drawer and follow bank procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a welcoming, customer-focused environment.
• Process transactions accurately and maintain a balanced cash drawer.
• Cross-sell bank products and use HD Banking techniques to build relationships.
• Open standard new accounts and handle related follow-ups and documentation.
• Attend training and community events to promote the bank.
• Support rotating Saturday schedule as assigned.
