Job summary

Skowhegan Savings Bank seeks an individual to join our Jackman team as a Personal Banker II. This position works onsite in our Jackman branch, schedule is Monday-Friday 32.5-37 hours per week. Minimum of two years of Personal Banker/Teller experience required and/or relevant experience in retail banking, lending, sales, customer service and/or cash handling experience.

We are looking to hire between $18.00 to $22.00 per hour. This position has growth potential up to $25.77 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in Personal Banker or teller experience or relevant retail banking experience.
• Experience in cash handling, customer service, sales, and/or lending is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a welcoming, customer-focused environment.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently while balancing the cash drawer.
• Cross-sell bank products and services to build relationships.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve issues in adherence with policies.
• Maintain knowledge of bank products and perform end-of-day activities as required.
