Excellent communication, time management, and customer service are essential. The role supports branch growth and requires compliance with bank policies and state/federal regulations. Evening/weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required; higher education preferred.
• At least two years of retail sales or financial services experience; teller background helpful.
• Proven initiative, professionalism, and sales success with growth potential.
• Willingness to complete in-house training and licensing requirements, including background checks.
• Strong communication, time management, and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Listen to customer needs and recommend NBC financial products and services.
• Open business accounts and engage in consumer lending, including HELOCs.
• Build new relationships and deepen existing ones while meeting sales goals.
• Develop business inside and outside the branch; collaborate with lending and treasury teams.
• Ensure full compliance with bank policies and applicable regulations.
