Job summary

U.S. Bank in Duluth (Miller Hill) seeks a Relationship Banker to assist customers at the Duluth and Cloquet area branches, building trust and advising on accounts and loans.

You will open/close accounts, originate consumer loans, and teach clients how to use digital tools, while maintaining compliance with banking policies and procedures. Four to five years of retail banking experience and an active NMLS registration are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 4–5+ years of retail banking experience or equivalent training.
• National Mortgage Licensing Service (NMLS) registration and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by meeting face to face and provide banking solutions.
• Originate and close consumer loans and open/close accounts.
• Educate clients on deposits and loans and cross-sell financial solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of applicable policies, procedures and platforms.
