• Perform routine teller transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining cash controls and balancing standards.
• Assist customers with a full range of deposit needs, including opening and servicing deposit accounts.
• Process account opening, maintenance, and transaction documentation accurately ensuring information, approvals, and signatures.
• Educate customers about the Bank’s products, services, and banking technology.
• Identify opportunities to deepen customer relationships and recommend appropriate Bank products and services.
