Job summary

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire new consumer households and small business customers.
• Ability to analyze credit and financial information.
• Professional appearance and verbal/written communication.
• Knowledge of Retail policies and procedures.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration at time of employment.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales process to build a customer profile and identify financial needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products/services and recommend solutions.
• Use Marketing tools to reach out to customers and set appointments for financial reviews.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities.
• Establish relationships with Business Partners to refer customers for holistic solutions.
• Meet or exceed customer experience and production goals; drive revenue growth.
• Guide CSRs on sales and referral processes.
• Promote customer satisfaction with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Answer customer questions and own issues.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow Code of Conduct and policies.
• Open/close processes for Financial Center or Bank Mart as directed.
