Job summary

Fifth Third Bank in Lecanto, FL seeks a dedicated Personal Banker I to begin with a 4–8 week onboarding and education program, including rotations in operations and Sales & Service. You’ll learn to build customer relationships using consultative sales to meet financial needs and participate in branch activities supporting new and existing households.

Qualifications

College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills.
Experience in the financial industry preferred.
Sales experience to acquire new consumer households and cross-sell to existing customers.
Strong mathematical skills for analysis of credit and financial information.
S.A.F.E. Act registration via NMLS required.

Responsibilities

Use consultative sales to identify customer needs and build a profile.
Maintain knowledge of Retail products and propose suitable solutions.
Utilize CAMP and Marketing tools to set appointments for financial reviews.
Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities.
Establish relationships with business partners to provide holistic financial solutions.
Meet/exceed customer experience and production goals.
