Job summary

Fifth Third Bank in Cape Coral, FL is seeking candidates for the Retail Personal Banker I program. After a 4–8 week onboarding with rotations in operations and Sales & Service, selected associates will pursue certification to advance within the Retail Personal Banker job family and serve customers with a consultative sales approach.

The role focuses on acquiring new households, deepening relationships, and supporting teller duties while upholding risk and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Use the consultative sales process and financial needs assessment to build a client profile and identify needs.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and prospects.
• Participate in opening/closing of the Financial Center or Bank Mart and refer customers to mortgage, small business, and investment partners.
