Blue Sky Bank is seeking a Personal Banker I in Fort Worth, TX. You will open and maintain consumer and business accounts, support digital banking, and promote bank products to help customers achieve their financial goals.

You will collaborate with branch teams to ensure smooth operations, stay informed on products, and deliver exceptional service as part of a values-driven community bank.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2-3 years of banking experience, including cash handling and customer service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and programs.
• Flexibility, adaptability, and commitment to continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Open and maintain consumer and business accounts.
• Perform maintenance on existing customer accounts.
• Open and maintain deposit and savings accounts.
• Build strong relationships through exceptional customer service and identify customer needs.
• Educate customers on products and services and provide accurate information.
• Assist customers with digital banking products and services and troubleshoot issues.
• Process account maintenance transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Support branch operational procedures and daily activities.
• Promote a positive and professional customer experience.
• Travel between branches as needed to support business needs.
