Fifth Third Bank in Evansville, IN is seeking a Personal Banker Associate I to join a hands-on onboarding program. Over 4–8 weeks you will rotate through operations and Sales & Service, with a certification at the end to qualify for Retail Personal Banker responsibilities.

You will use consultative selling to identify customer needs, cross-sell products, and support financial center goals while handling teller transactions and collaborating with partners.

Competenze

• 4–8 week onboarding with Operations and Sales & Service rotations.
• Certification awarded at program end to advance to Retail Personal Banker.
• Strong customer service and consultative sales skills.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration required at time of employment.
