Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales to build customer profiles and identify financial needs.

• Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities.
• Collaborate with Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial and Investment partners.
• Meet production goals and drive year-over-year revenue growth.
• Guide CSRs on sales and referral processes.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with a friendly, professional approach.
