Responsibilities

• Use the consultative sales process to build a thorough customer profile and identify financial needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products/services and recommend solutions.
• Utilize approved tools to reach out to customers and set appointments.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities.
• Establish relationships with Business Partners to refer customers for holistic solutions.
• Meet/exceed customer experience and production goals with year-over-year growth.
• Provide guidance to CSRs on sales and referrals.
• Promote customer satisfaction with professionalism.
• Own customer issues and maintain confidentiality.
• Follow Code of Conduct and policies; adhere to risk controls.
• Participate in consumer loan and bankcard processes from application to closing.
• Participate in opening/closing processes of the Financial Center or Bank Mart.
• Mitigate fraudulent activity and unnecessary risk.
