• Provide transactional support to tellers and perform dual control tasks where applicable.
• Open and document personal and business accounts, and process loan applications.
• Assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, loans, and product inquiries.
• Handle requests, complaints, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to security procedures and regulatory requirements at all times.
