Job summary

Fifth Third Bank in Orland Park, Illinois is launching a 4–8 week onboarding program to train selected candidates as Retail Personal Banker I, with rotations in operations and Sales & Service, including a certification at completion.

The role uses consultative sales to identify and meet customer financial needs, cross-sell products, and build relationships while maintaining risk and compliance.

Qualifications

• College degree or work experience with transferable skills.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Ability to achieve sales and customer service targets.
• NMLS registration required at time of employment.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative process to identify customer financial needs and profiles.
• Cross-sell Retail products to existing customers.
• Set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
• Collaborate with business partners to provide holistic financial solutions.
• Open/close Financial Center or Bank Mart as directed by the manager.
• Maintain compliance with policies and manage risk.
