Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products/services and recommend solutions using our value proposition.
• Engage in outside sales activities and cross-sell to existing customers.
• Build relationships with partners and refer customers for holistic financial solutions.
• Meet/exceed customer experience and production goals and contribute to revenue growth.
• Guide CSRs in sales and referral processes.
• Promote customer satisfaction with professionalism.
