Responsibilities

• Process deposit and withdrawal transactions.
• Balance cash drawer and Teller Cash Recycler (TCR).
• Detect fraudulent or suspicious activities and report them.
• Evaluate customer needs to suggest bank products and services.
• Open and process all available new account types.
• Take wire transfer requests and process them accurately.
• Assist customers with debit cards and online banking services.
• Provide support with check ordering, stop payments, and closing accounts.
• Explain loan options, including terms and rates, and assist with consumer loan applications.
• Complete in-branch closing for Consumer Loan customers and cross-train staff.
• Build customer relationships through needs-based conversations and maintain compliance.
