Job summary

PinnBank in Fort Collins seeks an Customer Service & Sales Representative to support banking relationships. You will assist with opening/closing deposit accounts, provide product recommendations, and handle routine customer inquiries with accuracy and professionalism.

The role includes handling loan processing tasks, quoting rates, and ensuring compliance with bank policies while maintaining strong customer relationships through follow-up and profiling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum 24 months of banking experience expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product and service choices and conduct account opening/closing.
• Provide proactive recommendations based on customer needs.
• Handle customer inquiries in person/phone and process service charges/fees as directed.
• Profile customers at relationship inception to tailor future referrals and services.
• Provide loan quotes and assist in loan documentation and underwriting as needed.
• Initiate/payment processing tasks and support wires as required.
• Maintain regular attendance and flexibility for weekend hours if applicable.
