Job summary

PinnBank in Durango, CO is seeking a friendly Front Desk/Customer Service Associate to greet customers, open new accounts, and cross-sell banking services. Under supervision, you will handle inquiries and guide clients through basic account options.

This role requires high school diploma and some banking experience; training provided. Hours are Mon-Fri with day shift; competitive hourly compensation and an extensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months banking experience required or preferred.
• Able to open accounts and explain bank services to customers.

Responsibilities

• Open new accounts (checking, savings, CD, IRA) and cross-sell services.
• Answer customer inquiries and greet customers entering the bank.
• Answer phone inquiries and process basic banking requests (checks, statements, referrals).
• Perform cross sales to promote bank products and services.
• Assist with daily branch duties and support Branch Manager in their absence.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
• Undertake other duties as assigned by management.
