Job summary

Numerica-Credit-Union is seeking a Financial Service Representative 2 to manage a growing book of business and deliver world-class member experiences. You will engage in advanced needs-based conversations, open both personal and business accounts, and guide members through lending opportunities, including HELOCs.

With strong customer service and product knowledge, you will mentor less experienced staff while achieving branch goals and cross-selling additional services to deepen member

Qualifications

• Broad product and lending knowledge, exceptional member service, and ability to proactively identify and execute financial solutions.
• Opening personal and business accounts, analyzing lending opportunities, taking consumer and HELOC applications, and mentoring less experienced team members.

Responsibilities

• Deepen member relationships through needs-based conversations and build a personal book of business.
• Proactively open and manage business accounts, including checking, savings, and lending relationships.
• Analyze member financial situations to recommend personalized solutions for goals.
• Meet or exceed individual and branch goals for loans, deposits, and other services.
• Cross-sell opportunities across business lines (lending, investments, etc.).
• Handle advanced account functions and process improvements, including account ownership changes.
• Support members with personal and business account opening, verification, compliance, and documentation.
• Manage the full loan process—from taking and analyzing applications for consumer and HELOC loans to closing and follow-up.
• Provide guidance on loan qualifications and resolve escalated member situations.
