Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 6 months of sales and service experience in a customer facing retail environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with excellent communication.
• Flexible schedule based on business needs.
• Demonstrates professional demeanor with customers and coworkers.
• Strong math and analytical skills.
• Ability to learn computer programs including Microsoft Office.
• Must register as a mortgage loan originator with the NMLS prior to handling mortgage applications.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales referrals and cross-selling goals by explaining product features.
• Promote bank products and refer or resolve customer inquiries.
• Develop relationships with a book of business and manage daily branch tasks.
• Assist in achieving deposit, loan and revenue targets.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and end-of-day balancing.
