WSFS Bank in Sussex County, DE is seeking a Floating Personal Banker to support multiple branch locations. You will open accounts, assist with loan applications, and help customers with teller transactions, delivering friendly, compliant service.

The role requires at least one year of customer service and cash handling, with a focus on building relationships and promoting digital banking. Training will be provided over 4-6 months, followed by ongoing development.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least one year of face-to-face customer service experience.
• Previous cash handling experience required.
• Prior consultative sales experience preferred.
• One year banking experience preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to market bank products and services.
• Comfort with using multiple banking software programs.

Responsibilities

• Open new accounts and submit loan applications.
• Resolve customer service issues and perform account maintenance.
• Promote and educate customers about digital banking services.
• Assist customers with teller transactions and process various transactions efficiently.
• Engage customers to expand branch’s customer base.
