Job summary

Parker Staffing, LLC. is recruiting for a Personal Banker in Seattle. You will build client relationships, open accounts, assist with deposits and lending, and promote digital banking tools while supporting branch operations.

The role offers growth in sales and service, training opportunities, and a direct-hire path with competitive pay. A high school diploma is required; banking or customer service experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior banking, customer service, or client-facing experience preferred.
• Two to four years of banking experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience recommending products and services or managing client relationships is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and deepen consumer and small business banking relationships.
• Open new accounts and assist clients with deposit and lending needs.
• Identify financial needs through consultative conversations and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Support the growth of new deposit, loan, and client relationships.
• Provide exceptional service while resolving client questions and concerns.
• Introduce clients to digital banking tools and self-service options.
• Conduct outreach to local businesses, community organizations, and referral sources.
• Support branch strategies to expand the client base.
• Assist with daily branch operations and be a welcoming contact.
