Job summary

In this role you will drive conversations, deliver a full PNC conversation with clients, and position PNC solutions to meet needs while managing risk and supporting branch operations. Strong customer service and sales mindset required.

Qualifications

• Requires an Associates or equivalent degree and related experience or product knowledge.
• Typically requires 3+ years experience. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, certification(s), and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Acquires and deepens the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Manages the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve the customer’s financial wellbeing.
• Collaborates with ecosystem partners to grow customer’s share of wallet and positions PNC solutions to drive revenue and loyalty.
• Drives proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions with a defined sales process, including outbound calling, service-to-sales, teller interactions, appointment setting and lobby engagement.
• Creates customer loyalty and grows share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience and educates customers on managing financial transactions using technology and resources.
• Manages risk by adhering to policies and procedures, demonstrates sound judgment, and participates in branch daily operations.
