Responsibilities

• Perform all functions of CSR (Teller) and Sr. CSR.
• Skillfully recommend our products and services to customers.
• Open accounts for new and existing customers – consumer and business.
• Assist customers with online and mobile banking services.
• Assist customers with safe deposit boxes and maintain records for boxes.
• Assist customers with IRAs (Individual Retirement Account).
• Assist customers with CDs (Certificate of Deposit).
• Maintain customer records and files.
• Complete daily reports.
• Respond to ATM service calls under dual control.
• Answer telephones, file customer paperwork, and maintain proper supplies.
• Follow bank policies and procedures.
• Maintain professional, business-like appearance.
• Perform other tasks requested by supervisor related to daily operations of the bank.
