Qualifications

• Typically requires an Associate degree or equivalent plus related work experience.
• 3+ years experience in banking or financial services preferred.
• Spanish speaking - preferred

Responsibilities

• Acquires and deepens the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Drives proactive sales conversations through a defined sales process including outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions and appointment setting.
• Creates customer loyalty and grows customer share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience.
• Educates customers on options for managing financial transactions by leveraging technology, tools and resources.
• Applies product and procedural knowledge to identify and solve customer problems effectively to drive loyalty and adherence to policies.
