Blue Sky Bank is seeking a Personal Banker/Teller in Addison, TX. You will open and maintain accounts, support digital banking, and promote products to help customers reach financial goals. The role emphasizes strong customer relationships and contribution to branch operations.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of banking experience, including cash handling and customer service.
• Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Strong professionalism, integrity, and work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and in a team with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and programs.

Responsibilities

• Open and maintain consumer and business accounts.
• Perform maintenance on existing customer accounts.
• Open and maintain deposit and savings accounts.
• Build strong relationships through exceptional customer service.
• Identify customer needs and recommend bank products and services.
• Educate customers on products, services, and account solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of bank products to provide accurate guidance.
• Assist customers with digital banking products and troubleshoot issues.
• Navigate online and mobile banking platforms.
• Process account maintenance transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Support branch operations and daily activities.
• Maintain documentation and follow processes; collaborate with team.
