Job summary

PNC is seeking a Personal Banker in Arvada, CO to deliver excellent customer service while helping clients manage their finances. You will open accounts, assess needs, and connect customers with PNC solutions through proactive conversations and a trusted advisory approach.

Based in a welcoming in‑office environment, you will engage with customers, educate them on digital tools, and collaborate with partners to grow wallet share.

Qualifications

• Associates or equivalent degree required, plus related experience or product knowledge.
• Spanish language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve the customer's financial wellbeing.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer's share of wallet.
• Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify solutions.
• Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions using technology, tools and resources.
• Participate in branch daily operations ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
