Job summary

BOK Financial Corporation is seeking a Financial Center Leader in the Dallas area. This role leads sales, service, operations, and client experience across assigned financial centers, acting as a player-coach to drive profitability and customer satisfaction.

Training is provided through a 9-week Banking Navigator program to prepare you for leadership responsibilities. During the initial weeks, you will train at a location and may transition to a permanent branch assignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field required.
• Minimum 3 years of related management or supervisory experience, or 5+ years of equivalent education/experience.
• Proven ability to coach, motivate, engage, and develop employees.
• Experience leading a client-facing team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of consumer financial products and services.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute the financial center's retention and growth activities.
• Own a book of business with a set number of branch-based clients and build a strong pipeline of prospects.
• Oversee branch experience and deliver a differentiated client experience.
• Lead performance management, coaching, and development for team members.
• Drive branch revenue through acquisition, expansion, and retention activities.
• Develop partnerships with other bank lines of business and ensure regulatory compliance.
