Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or current enrollment in high school.
• Six months of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision, provide exceptional customer service with cash handling in a high-volume, sales environment.
• Evaluate customer relationships and recommend bank products and services.
• Follow bank policies and supervisor directions.
• Assist in achieving monthly new account production as directed by management.
• Support in-store aisle prospecting and active sales.
• Process deposits and payouts, balance daily transactions, and issue receipts.
• Receive cash and checks, verify amounts, and check endorsements.
• Identify counterfeit checks and verify identification.
• Enter transactions into the computer and issue receipts.
• Sell money orders, cashier's checks, wires, and CDs; process Western Union wires.
• Cross-sell bank services; serve a diverse customer base including Spanish speakers.
• Perform other tasks as requested by supervisors; maintain regular attendance.
