Columbia Bank is seeking a Personal Banker to deliver exceptional client experience and grow customer relationships at our Sunnyside, WA location. You will open new accounts, respond to inquiries, and refer clients to internal partners while actively seeking lending opportunities.

The role requires a high school diploma and bank experience is preferred. NMLS licensing is a plus, with a competitive pay range and benefits. This position is onsite at 2690 E Lincoln Avenue, Sunnyside, WA 98944.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year Teller or banking experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain NMLS preferred.
• Ability to accurately handle cash, balance accounts and drawers.

Responsibilities

• Open Consumer and Business accounts for clients.
• Provide exceptional client service and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Refer clients to internal business partners for products and services.
• Identify lending opportunities and originate consumer loans.
• Engage clients in financial reviews to uncover needs and provide solutions.
