Job summary

You will also engage in financial reviews, assist with teller duties when needed, and contribute to a broad range of banking services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of Teller or other banking experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of consumer banking and business products and services offered.
• Ability and desire to actively develop consumer lending skills.
• Ability to accurately handle cash, balance accounts and drawers, and perform accurate calculations.
• Proficient in expanding the client relationship with emphasis on creating new relationships and expanding existing relationships utilizing a personal and business bio and rapport with customers.
• NMLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent client service by acknowledging clients, identifying needs, and offering appropriate products and services.
• Engage clients in financial reviews to provide solutions and uncover needs.
• Open Consumer and Business accounts for existing and new clients.
• Support branch goals by identifying and referring bank products to internal partners.
• Maintain strong follow-through on client issues and requests.
• Assist as a resource to Client Service Specialists and cover teller functions when needed.
• Build familiarity with business, consumer, and trust accounts.
