Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in processing small business lending opportunities under $250K.
• Cross-sell treasury and related products.
• Develop referral opportunities via COIs and MGM program.
• Provide client services and outbound/inbound calls to grow relationships.
• Coach branch staff on products and programs and identify referrals.
• Explain products and digital channels to clients and use marketing tools to uncover opportunities.
• Adhere to Citi policies and comply with laws and risk controls.
