• Build referral opportunities via COIs and MGM program.
• Grow small business relationships with targeted sales plans.
• Deliver client services through outbound/inbound calls to deepen relationships.
• Coach branch staff on products and referrals and identify client needs.
• Educate clients on service channels and present product offers.
