Qualifications

• High school diploma or approved equivalent.
• Good math skills, 10-key and keyboarding.
• Proficient in Office tools like Excel, Word, Teams, PowerBI and Outlook.
• Well-developed smartphone and digital channel skills.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills and strong written and oral communication.
• Ability to teach clients self-service skills using automated technology.
• Valid driver’s license, transportation, and adequate insurance.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with clients, understand their needs, and provide solutions.
• Open new accounts, onboard new relationships, originate loans and lines, refer to partners.
• Make business development calls to businesses and community organizations.
• Adhere to bank policies and procedures to comply with regulations.
