Qualifications

• Ability to travel to Wichita, KS during first week of employment for required week-long training.
• 1-2 years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Grow the Retail Bank Net Income and Image in the community.
• Meet or exceed budgeted retail banking targets for deposits, consumer loans, and generation of non-interest income.
• Control bank expenses and demonstrate operational soundness to minimize risk exposure.
• Implement retail operating procedures and protocols.
• Proactively refer bank products and services to clients to generate additional revenue.
• Lead and manage the performance of the Retail Bank team including coaching and performance evaluations.
