United Community Bank is seeking a Personal Banker to build relationships with new and existing customers, guiding them to the right financial solutions while delivering outstanding service. The role emphasizes advising on accounts and cross-selling banking products and services.

Ideal candidates will analyze usage patterns, initiate product discussions, and maintain accurate records of referrals and product changes. Strong communication and compliance with banking policies are essential.

Competenze

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic banking software.
• Experience with Web Teller is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Analyze customer utilization of products and services to identify potential sales opportunities and referrals.
• Assure exceptional customer service.
• Initiate contact with existing and prospective customers to outline relevant products and services, pending sales referrals, product changes, and new product information.
• Facilitate timely resolution of customer requests and concerns.
• Promote customer retention.
• Refer customers to appropriate functional areas (e.g. Trust, Mortgage, Insurance, and Investment Services).
• Create and maintain records of calling efforts, referrals, new products, and product changes/enhancements.
• Explain delivery channels (Branch, TBC, ATM, etc.) to customers to assure that the most convenient delivery options are understood.
• Respond to customer questions regarding products.
• Complete all training and online testing as assigned.
• Maintain familiarity with the Bank policies and procedures related to this position including but not limited to Secrecy Act, OFAC, Check Cashing, and Teller Guidelines.
