Job summary

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent is required.
• One year of experience in a retail environment with customer interaction and sales recommendations.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work branch hours, including some evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Convert transactions and routine service requests into cross-sell conversations to deepen client relationships.
• Call leads, visit businesses to offer workplace banking, and develop referral networks.
• Meet daily performance metrics while balancing multiple priorities.
• Learn processes like transactions, cash handling, and branch documentation per standards.
