Job summary

Fifth Third Bank is launching a 9-week onboarding program that rotates through operations and Sales & Service to prepare selected candidates for the Retail Personal Banker I role. The position emphasizes consultative selling to meet customer financial needs and growing customer relationships.

The program includes certification and hands-on experience in teller processing, risk awareness, and collaboration with branch partners.

Qualifications

• Must be able to conduct needs-based discussions with customers.
• Experience in financial services or retail sales preferred.
• Strong math and analytical skills for credit and financial data.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales to identify customer needs and offer solutions.
• Cross-sell Retail products to new or existing customers.
