Job summary

The Texas Regional Bank is seeking a Personal Banker to provide both Teller and New Account services in our Frisco branch. You will handle deposits, withdrawals, account openings, maintenance, and respond to customer questions with a friendly, accurate approach.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of banking experience, strong cash-handling skills, and proficiency with MS Office. You will work in a fast-paced environment and support the bank’s customer-first values.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of banking experience in new accounts, teller, or lending.
• Strong cash handling and customer service skills.
• Proficient with computer basics and 10-key calculator.

Responsibilities

• Open and close personal and business accounts in accordance with bank policy.
• Process teller transactions: deposits, withdrawals, transfers, currency handling and balancing.
• Answer questions and explain account features and fees to customers.
• Promote bank products and cross-sell services as appropriate.
• Support and comply with all bank policies and procedures.
