As a Branch Banker within PNC's Retail organization, you will be based in West Seaford, DE at the West Seaford Branch.

Job Responsibilities

1. Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities. Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing. Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer share of wallet. Position PNC solutions to drive revenue and loyalty.
2. Drive proactive sales conversations via internal and outbound interactions, including calling, service-to-sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement, to elevate client loyalty. Deliver comprehensive PNC conversations to identify suitable solutions, leveraging community partnerships.
3. Create customer loyalty and grow share of wallet through differentiated experiences. Perform lobby activities to connect with customers and offer PNC products that meet their needs. Educate customers on managing transactions using technology and resources.
4. Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems effectively, enhancing loyalty.
5. Manage risk by adhering to policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment, and participating in branch operations efficiently and accurately.

Qualifications
