• Engage with members and potential members, promoting our products and services
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently (loan payments, fund transfers)

• Utilize software systems effectively

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or 18+ months relevant experience in finance or customer service
• Previous banking or financial services experience
• Strong desire to provide outstanding member service
• Ability to discuss products and services confidently
• Professional appearance with an enthusiastic personality
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Knowledge of negotiable instruments
