Position Overview

As a Branch Banker [in a Universal Branch or in an In-store Branch], you will strengthen customer relationships with a defined sales process. You will spend most of your time as a personal banker, engaging customers in sales conversations to identify appropriate financial solutions. This position, within PNC's Retail Branch Banking Network, is based in Salisbury, MD at the Civic Road branch.

Job Description
  • Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities. Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve their financial wellbeing. Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow the customer's share of wallet. Position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty.
  • Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions, including outbound calling, service-to-sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement, to elevate client loyalty. Deliver comprehensive PNC conversations with each client to identify suitable solutions. Leverage ecosystem partnerships and community Centers of Influence to acquire, expand, and retain relationships.
  • Create customer loyalty and grow share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience. Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and present PNC products that meet their needs. Educate customers on managing financial transactions using technology, tools, and resources.
  • Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and resolve customer problems effectively, enhancing loyalty.
  • Manage risk by adhering to policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits. Participate in branch daily operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

Compensation and Benefits
