As a Branch Banker within PNC's retail banking organization, you will be based in Charlotte, NC at the Cotswold Branch.

Job Description

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, managing the customer experience and identifying opportunities to improve their financial wellbeing. Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer share of wallet. Position PNC solutions to drive revenue and loyalty.
• Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions, including calls, lobby engagement, and appointment setting, to elevate client loyalty. Use comprehensive PNC conversations to identify suitable solutions and leverage community and ecosystem partnerships for relationship growth.
• Create customer loyalty and increase share of wallet through differentiated experiences, lobby activities, and customer education on managing transactions with technology and resources.
• Apply product and procedural knowledge to resolve customer issues effectively, enhancing loyalty.
• Manage risk by adhering to policies and demonstrating sound judgment, participating in branch operations efficiently and accurately.
