Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Engage with customers and establish rapport that encourages further engagement
2. Own a customer relationship portfolio and serve as the single point of contact for the customer's banking needs
3. Be responsive, providing timely replies to inquiries, actively listening to understand customer needs, and following up as necessary
4. Be proactive in building relationships, identifying opportunities for expansion, and providing solutions
5. Understand customer financial goals and provide tailored advice to help achieve them
6. Perform retail banking functions such as payments, transfers, account maintenance, and loan applications, demonstrating understanding of banking procedures and risk
7. Support digital banking solutions, assisting with setup, login issues, and usage advice
8. Connect customers to experienced banking experts when needed
9. Adhere to compliance and risk management policies in daily tasks
10. Deliver high-quality service within our Serving More standards
11. Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE

OTHER INFORMATION

Must be able to work on a computer/view a screen for extended periods

SCHEDULE

Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with a minimum of 37.5 hours required to maintain full-time status. Generally, 40 hours per week. Some evenings and weekends may be required. Alternative coverage options may be available at the manager's discretion.

A flexible work arrangement is available, with some scheduled onsite hours required.
