Job summary

CAREERXCHANGE seeks an experienced Business Banker to develop and manage relationships with small and mid-market business clients in the Miami area. The role focuses on growing a book of business, identifying opportunities, and providing tailored banking solutions.

You will collaborate with credit and operations teams to support loan requests, while maintaining compliance and pursuing growth objectives in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of business banking, commercial banking, or relationship management experience.
• Proven success in business development and client acquisition.
• Existing book of business or established business network preferred.
• Experience with commercial and/or small business lending.
• Strong understanding of business banking products and financial solutions.
• Excellent sales, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to independently develop new business and meet growth objectives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Salary: $82,820 per year + year-end bonus and additional incentives

Position Overview
