Position Overview

Personal Banker – Bilingual in Spanish preferred (Midtown Miami Branch, 85 NE 29th Street, Miami, FL 33137).

Job Description

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer share of wallet.
• Drive proactive sales conversations through outbound calling, teller interactions, appointment setting and lobby engagement.
• Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate PNC solutions.
• Leverage ecosystem partnerships and community centers of influence to acquire, expand and retain relationships.
• Educate customers on managing financial transactions using technology, tools and resources.
• Apply product and procedural knowledge to mitigate and solve customer problems effectively.
• Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
• Participate in branch daily operations, ensuring efficient and accurate completion.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years in a banking or retail environment; associate’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Skills: Customer focus, proactive sales, risk management, problem solving, effective communication, technology utilization, and bilingual Spanish (preferred).
• Education: Associate’s degree or equivalent; military service considered.
• Certifications / Licenses: None required.
