Job Description

1. Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, managing the customer experience to improve their financial wellbeing and grow share of wallet.
2. Drive proactive sales conversations via internal and outbound interactions, including calls, lobby engagement, and appointment setting, to elevate client loyalty and identify solutions.
3. Create customer loyalty through differentiated service, educate on managing transactions with technology, and leverage community partnerships.
4. Apply product and procedural knowledge to resolve customer issues effectively, driving loyalty.
5. Manage risk by adhering to policies, demonstrating sound judgment, and participating in branch operations efficiently.
